Public Hearing

Please take notice that the Council of the Municipality of the County of Victoria intends to consider, and if deemed advisable, adopt by way of second reading, a “Marketing Levy By-law” at the regular Council meeting to be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2023.

The object of this by-law is to impose changes to the marketing levy for Municipality of the County of Victoria.   

Copies of the proposed by-law may be inspected by interested persons at the Court House, 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, (by appointment only) excluding Statutory Holidays or by visiting the County website at www.victoriacounty.com/government/by-laws/
