    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: 

    Municipal Planning Strategy & Land Use By-law

    Please take notice that the Council of the Municipality of the County of Victoria will hold a Public Hearing on the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law on Monday, May 26th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Victoria County Court House, 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, NS.

    The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear from the public before these documents proceed to Second Reading.

    The proposed Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law would apply to all areas of the Municipality except those already governed by the Baddeck Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law.
