    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE “YARD SALE BYLAW” FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE COUNTY OF VICTORIA

    Please take notice the Council of the Municipality of the County of Victoria is holding a Public Hearing on the “Yard Sale By-law” at Council Session to be held at 1:45 p.m. on Monday, September 16th, 2024, located at 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, NS.

    The object of this Public Hearing is to hear from the public before the “Yard Sale By-law” goes to Second Reading.

    Copies of the “Yard Sale By-law” may be inspected by interested persons at the Court House, 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays or by visiting the County website at www.victoriacounty.com/government/by-laws/
