Cancellation policy during Covid :

Please reserve only when you are confident in your ability to travel.

To counter last year’s cancellations we are adding a $65 admin fee per room for rooms held for 30 or more days (and then cancelled).

Further, our cancellation is as follows : 

• 7 days on 1 to 2 room-nights
• 10 days on 3 to 4 room-nights
• 14 days on 5 plus room-nights

If you cancel within any of the above periods there will be a charge if we are unable to rent the room.
