Municipal Water Notice: Delay in Water Billing

Victoria County Water Utility is advising our water customers of a delay in billing which covers your water usage from April – June 2023.

As you know, water meters were recently replaced across Victoria County and there was a delay in converting to the new accounting software. As a result, you will not receive your water bill for that period until mid-September 2023. The July – September 2023 bills will follow shortly after.
