An Investment in Your Home that Pays for Itself

Do you want to improve the energy efficiency of your home or install clean energy options, but don’t think you can afford the work? Now you can. If you live in one of seven participating towns & municipalities, you can get cleaner energy for your home – and pay for it at a pace you can afford.

You could be eligible for low-interest financing to help you cover the cost of your upgrades. You then pay the municipality back over a 10-year period, but we’ll do the analysis to see if you can save as much or even more in energy and heating expenses than the cost of the retrofits! We’ll even make sure you get all the Efficiency Nova Scotia and Canada Greener Homes rebates you are eligible for.
