Update December 16, 2021: The Boil Water Advisory was lifted as of 5:30PM December 16th, 2021. Water service has been restored for all residents of Neil’s Harbour and the Boil Water Advisory has been rescinded.
Update December 9, 2021: Water line repair work has been completed. All customers in Neil’s Harbour have water service restored; however, it will take a few days for the system to stabilize, during which time customers may notice brief periodic decreases in water pressure. The Boil Water Advisory remains in place until further notice.
Update December 6, 2021: Water Service to Fairview Road was restored at 4:00pm.
Update November 28, 2021: Customers of the Neils Harbour Water System will continue to experience fluctuations in water pressure and possible service disruptions while crews carry out repairs. Crews are doing everything possible to ensure water service is maintained; however, due to the magnitude of the storm damage repairs may take significant time. The Boil Water Advisory remains in place until further notice. Updates will be posted on the Victoria County website, Facebook and through Voyent alerts as progress is made.
Update November 25, 2021: Work continues on this repair. An estimated time of completion will be provided once one can be established.
Please be advised that due to emergency Water Utility maintenance to repair storm damage, customers of the Neils Harbour Water System will experience an interruption in water service starting at 5:00pm Wednesday November 24, 2021 while our operators carry out repairs.
