Water Service Work – Neil’s Harbour

Update December 16, 2021: The Boil Water Advisory was lifted as of 5:30PM December 16th, 2021. Water service has been restored for all residents of Neil’s Harbour and the Boil Water Advisory has been rescinded.

Update December 9, 2021: Water line repair work has been completed. All customers in Neil’s Harbour have water service restored; however, it will take a few days for the system to stabilize, during which time customers may notice brief periodic decreases in water pressure. The Boil Water Advisory remains in place until further notice.

Update December 6, 2021: Water Service to Fairview Road was restored at 4:00pm.

Update November 28, 2021: Customers of the Neils Harbour Water System will continue to experience fluctuations in water pressure and possible service disruptions while crews carry out repairs. Crews are doing everything possible to ensure water service is maintained; however, due to the magnitude of the storm damage repairs may take significant time. The Boil Water Advisory remains in place until further notice. Updates will be posted on the Victoria County website, Facebook and through Voyent alerts as progress is made.

Update November 25, 2021: Work continues on this repair. An estimated time of completion will be provided once one can be established.

Please be advised that due to emergency Water Utility maintenance to repair storm damage, customers of the Neils Harbour Water System will experience an interruption in water service starting at 5:00pm Wednesday November 24, 2021 ‌while our operators carry out repairs. Water Service Issue – Neil’s Harbour

December 10, 2021: Due to power issues customers in Neil’s Harbour will notice reduced pressure and possible loss of service until further notice. The Boil Water Advisory also remains in place until further notice. Please conserve water until this issue is resolved.

Please be advised that due to emergency Water Utility maintenance, customers of the Neils Harbour Water System from 22 Ocean View to the end of the road including Cyril’s Lane may experience an interruption in water service from 1:15 pm November 5, 2021 until 1:45pm November 5, 2021 ‌while our operators carry out repairs. Additional Water Service Work – Neil’s Harbour (Ocean View)

Update: November 13, 2021 1:15AM. Service has been completed. All residents of Neil’s Harbour have normal water pressure restored.

Please be advised due to planned follow-up maintenance, customers of the Neils Harbour Water System on Ocean View and Cyril’s Drive may experience a low water pressure and/or an interruption in water service from 10:00 pm November 12, 2021 until 4:00am November 13, 2021 ‌while our operators carry out repairs. Updated November 4, 2:00am: Water is off between 177 New Haven and Buchanan Memorial Hospital while repairs are conducted.

Please be advised that due to emergency Water Utility maintenance, customers of the Neils Harbour Water System from 177 New Haven Road west to Buchanan Memorial hospital will experience an interruption in water service from 2:00 am November 4, 2021 until later in the afternoon ‌while our operators carry out repairs.
