Victoria County’s two hospitals are part of the province-wide Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA). Victoria Memorial Hospital, located in Baddeck, and Buchanan Memorial in Neil’s Harbour, provide healthcare to Victoria County residents & visitors. Recruitment for doctors and other medical professionals is on-going and community led.
