Victoria County libraries are operated by the Cape Breton Regional Library service. There are two library locations in Victoria County.

Little Libraries 

A Little Library is a free, community book-sharing space where everyone is welcome. Take a book to enjoy, leave a book to share, or do both. By keeping books in circulation, Little Libraries help reduce waste, encourage literacy and bring neighbours together one story at a time.  

Our Little Libraries are open to all. There are two locations:  

• Middle River Community Hall | 2656 Cabot Trail, Middle River    

• Cape North Cultural Center/Church  | 15 Bay St Lawrence Rd, Cape North
