Making a Presentation to Council

Use this application form to request to make a presentation at a Committee or Council meeting.

Meetings of municipal council and municipal committees are held in Council Chambers at the Victoria County Municipal Administration Building, 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, Nova Scotia. Please call (902) 295-3131 to confirm the meeting time or visit the municipal website at www.victoriacounty.com.

Each presentation is limited to 20 minutes, including questions and discussion. This form must be properly completed and returned no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting at which you wish to appear.

Presenters are required to submit an electronic copy of your presentation (.pdf, .ppt, .pptx) no later than the Friday before the Committee/Council meeting. Your presentation will be circulated to Councillors prior to the meeting to provide them an opportunity to review your submission. Files may be sent by email to: steff.macleod@victoriacounty.com
