Mental Health Week: May 5th – 11th

May 5th-11th is Mental Health Week and Victoria County is joining the Canadian Mental Health Association in #UnmaskingMentalHealth

Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 Canadians who needed mental health support didn’t reach out because of stigma or fear of being judged?

We want to help change that.

There’s no one “right” way to experience or talk about mental health. By encouraging openness, compassion, and connection, we can build a stronger, healthier community — together.

If you or someone you know needs immediate support, call or text 9-8-8 for free, 24/7 crisis help from the Canadian Mental Health Association.
