On Monday, September 21, Victoria County Council invites you to join us as we take time to acknowledge the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools, honour Survivors, their families and communities, and reflect on our shared responsibility to advance reconciliation during a flag raising ceremony in front of the Municipal Administration Building in Baddeck at 11:30 a.m.

At 12:00-12:30 p.m. the Finance and Audit Committee will meet.

A public hearing on the draft amendments proposed for the Commercial Development District Improvement bylaw will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Following the public hearing, Council will hold a Regular Council Meeting beginning at 1 p.m which will be live streamed.

The public is always welcome at Victoria County Council meetings.
