Nova Scotia BEST Customer Service Workshop

The Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia and Destination Cape Breton are offering a free customer service excellence workshop for tourism operators in Victoria County.

This full-day session will be held on Wednesday, June 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building in Baddeck (495 Chebucto Street).

The Nova Scotia BEST workshop is designed to help staff build confidence, improve service delivery, and prepare for a strong tourism season. It will be led by facilitator, Rod White, and is open to anyone working in tourism, including front-line staff.

All participants will receive a certificate, and lunch will be provided.
