Public Hearing: Yard Sale By-Law

The Council of the Municipality of the County of Victoria is holding a Public Hearing on the “Yard Sale By-law” at Council Session to be held at 1:45 p.m. on Monday, September 16th, 2024, located at 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, NS.

The object of this Public Hearing is to hear from the public before the “Yard Sale By-law” goes to Second Reading.

Copies of the “Yard Sale By-law” may be inspected by interested persons at the Court House, 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays or by visiting the County website at www.victoriacounty.com/government/by-laws/
