Victoria County Recreation Department is pleased to be providing recreation activities for the residents of Victoria County. Recreation can take on a different meaning for each individual and the Victoria County Recreation Department defines recreation as: an activity an individual enjoys to participate in during their leisurely time to help improve either their physical, mental, emotional or social well-being in a safe, accessible and inclusive environment. Those activities cover a wide variety depending on the individual ranging anywhere from sports to walking to knitting to painting and everything in between, basically any activity that allows an individual an opportunity to promote a situation that creates a healthier form of yourself.
