Notice to Water Customers with Accounts in Arrears

It has come to our attention that a small portion of the arrears notice letters sent to water customers recently showed an inaccurate balance due to a software miscalculation. The majority of the arrears letters were calculated accurately, but water customers who received an arrears notice may wish to contact the Municipality to verify the balance due by calling (902) 295-3231. 

Water bills will also be sent out next week showing the correct account balance for water utility accounts. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
