Return of the ReUse Centre – 2025 Edition!

Posted on:
April 4, 2025

Starting on April 26th, the ReUse Centre will be open every Saturday until October 25th from 9 AM – 1 PM. During the season, a different not-for-profit runs the Centre for three consecutive Saturdays, with all proceeds going to their cause. It’s a great way to shop for gently used items that are new to you, all while supporting local nonprofits!

We are now accepting donations at the Jim Bradley Waste Management Facility (445 Old Margaree Rd) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Donated items should be gently used, clean and in working condition. Click here more details about how the Centre operates, and to see which items are NOT accepted.

This year’s organizations were drawn randomly from among the 21 applicants.

The 2025 ReUse season will support:

  • Bay St. Lawrence Community Centre (April 26, May 3, May 10)
  • Baddeck Valley 4H (May 17, May 24, May 31)
