The purpose of the Integrated Community Sustainability Plan (ICSP) is to provide the Municipality of the County of Victoria with a long-term, forward-thinking strategic plan. The ICSP was developed in consultation with the community, which provides direction for the community to realize sustainability objectives for the environmental, economic, social and cultural, and physical dimensions.
