Municipal Bill Payments Due During Canada Post Strike

Payments must be made as indicated on your invoice

The Municipality of the County of Victoria wishes to inform residents that, despite the strike by postal workers at Canada Post, residents are still required to pay their water bills, tipping fees, and tax bills by the due date stated on the bill or invoice. Please see important information below about paying water bills online.

Payments may be made through on-line banking, in-person at your financial institution, or by visiting the Municipal Building (495 Chebucto Street) in Baddeck, Nova Scotia.

Can I sign up to receive my county bills by email?

Yes! Send an email to countytax@victoriacounty.ca or call (902) 295-3231 and ask that your email address be put on your account.
