Community Drop-In Support for Municipal Services and Programs

Municipal staff will be in communities across Victoria County this winter to provide in-person support and answer questions about municipal services and programs. 

Residents are invited to drop in to speak directly with municipal staff and get help without needing to travel to the municipal office. 

Municipal Grant Application Support 

This year the Municipal Grant Program application is available online to make it easier and more efficient.  

The Municipal Clerk will be available to help residents complete the online application. Laptops and scanners will be available on site to support the application process. 

Please note: 

• This is not a grant-writing service. 
• Applicants must come prepared, knowing which grant they are applying for and bringing all required information and supporting documents. 
• Residents are encouraged to review the Municipal Grants Policy in advance to confirm eligibility and requirements.

Other Municipal Services and Programs 

Our Community Development Coordinator and Solid Waste Educator will also be available in-person.  

Residents can speak to them about: 

• Waste, recycling, and organics  
• The new recycling program 
• Recycling and diversion programs, such as tire recycling, sharps disposal, and paint recycling 
• Community Development supports, including navigating funding opportunities, resources for volunteer groups and IDEA plan engagement.
