NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF AMENDMENTS TO THE WATER SUPPLY OR SEPTIC UPGRADE LENDING PROGRAM BYLAW FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE COUNTY OF VICTORIA 

Please take notice the Council of the Municipality of the County of Victoria is holding a Public Hearing on “Amendments to the Water Supply or Septic Upgrade Lending Program Bylaw” at the regular Council meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, in Council Chambers, 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, NS. 

The object of this Public Hearing is to hear from the public before “Amendments to the Water Supply or Septic Upgrade Lending Bylaw” go to Second Reading. 

Copies of the “Amendments to the Water Supply or Septic Lending Program Bylaw” may be inspected by interested persons at the Court House, 495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays or by visiting the County website at www.victoriacounty.com/government/by-laws/
