Standing Offers Requested for General Contractor Services and Municipal Fleet Service and Maintenance

The Municipality of the County of Victoria is requesting Standing Offers from qualified providers for the following:

1. General Contracting Services

Provision of construction, maintenance, and repair services for municipal infrastructure. Particular emphasis will be placed on demonstrated experience working in proximity to, or directly with water distribution systems and sanitary sewers.

Submitting an offer:

• ELECTRONIC quotes are acceptable and all required information must be included with the submission.
• Electronic quotes must display “VIC-RSO-01-14-26” in the subject line. These can be e-mailed to: kelly.brett@victoriacounty.ca
• Please note, no paper submissions will be accepted.

Deadline to submit:

• The deadline to submit an offer is 3:00 P.M., Thursday, February 12th, 2026.

2. Municipal Passenger Vehicle and Light-Duty Truck Service and Maintenance

Provision of routine service, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs for the Municipality’s fleet of passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks.
