Tender Opportunity: Request for Quotes for Cleaning Services

The Municipality of the County of Victoria is accepting Request for Quotes (RFQs) from qualified cleaning service providers for the provision of cleaning services for multiple municipal facilities. The service provider must be able to supply reliable cleaning services to maintain clean, sanitary and safe environments. Bidders may bid on any or all locations.

Submitting a bid:

  • Tenders are to be returned to the Manager of Public Works, Kelly Brett, via email at: kelly.brett@victoriacounty.ca. The subject line must read, “VIC-RFQ-12-04-25”.

Deadline to submit:

  • Proposals are to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18th, 2025.
