Victoria County Launches Solid Waste & Recycling Survey

Posted on:
June 9, 2026

Victoria County is inviting residents to complete a new survey about solid waste and recycling services.

The survey will help the Municipality better understand how residents receive information about waste collection schedules, recycling, collection rules and service updates. Feedback will also help identify ways to improve communication and waste and recycling services.

The survey is open to year-round residents, seasonal residents, and recreational property owners.

Residents can complete the survey online at or pick up a printed copy at the

  • Municipal Administration Building (Baddeck)
  • Baddeck Transfer Station scale house
  • New Haven and Baddeck recycling depots.

The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete and will remain open until July 31, 2026

Results from the survey will help inform future communication and service planning for Victoria County’s solid waste and recycling program.
