Commercial Waste Tags are available

Victoria County offers Commercial Waste Collection Tags for businesses, who use the curbside waste collection service, to increase the number of items allowed. Current limits are 14 units of waste per week. The tag program allows businesses to increase the weekly waste allowance by four items for a total of 18 units.

The weekly limit is 14 waste units that include the following:

• four (4) clear bags,
• four (4) blue bags,
• four (4) green and,
• two (2) bundles of cardboard

Using the tag program, commercial customers can place an additional four items – in any combination – out for collection with a tag attached, for a total of 18 commercial waste units per week.

The program applies to businesses in the industrial, commercial or institution sectors.

Cost: A bundle of 10 tags is $25. Tags are available for purchase at all Victoria County facilities.
