Key dates for the by-election include:
Voting will take place using paper ballots for the approximately 600 voters in the district. Advance polling will take place on Thursday, May 21.
Municipal Clerk Steff MacLeod has been appointed Returning Officer for the by-election. In the interim, District 3 is being represented by Warden Jackie Organ.
