Tax Sale by Tender Bid – July 30th, 2024

The next Municipal Property Tax Sale for Victoria County will be on July 30th, 2024.

This sale will be by tender bid submission only.

• Sealed Tenders must be received by mail or dropped off at the Municipal Building by 12:00 p.m. (NOON) on Tuesday July 30, 2024 (495 Chebucto Street, Baddeck, NS, B0E 1B0)
• Tender packages containing the Terms and Bid Submission Forms are available for pickup at the Municipal Building or can be accessed online here
• The tax office is open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
